DAT Tools is a proudly Australian-owned bricklaying tool company based just north of Melbourne. Built by bricklayers with over 27 years of experience, we know firsthand what makes a good tool great and what brickies really need on site. 

From day one, our mission has been simple: to design high-quality, trade-tested bricklaying tools that solve real problems.  

Our first release, the DAT Brick Bolster, sparked global interest and was shipped to bricklayers across Australia and around the world – including the UK, USA, Canada, Germany, and more. It marked the beginning of our journey and gave us valuable insights from the trade. We’ve taken everything we’ve learned and are now developing the DAT Brick Bolster 2.0, a much stronger, more durable, and refined version designed to handle the toughest jobs. Launching soon. We’ve since expanded our product line with 4 different specs of Roll Jointers, a Barrel Jointer Set, and our newest innovation, the WeepEase™ Tool, designed to deliver faster, cleaner, and more compliant weep holes. These are tools made by tradies, tested on job sites, and trusted across the industry. 

We’ve built this platform to bring everything together, not only showcasing DAT Tools gear but also featuring top products from other leading Australian bricklaying and masonry brands. We believe in collaboration over competition and are proud to support trusted local suppliers who share our commitment to the trade. 

We’re here to uplift the entire trade, from experienced bricklayers and apprentices to training providers, builders, inspectors, and tool stockists across Australia. 

This is more than a tool shop. This is a growing hub for the bricklaying industry. And we’re just getting started.
